In an ascending suburb of South Attica, in Gerakas, on a brightplot with excellent orientation and easy access via Attiki Odos, we created a residential property complex of high aesthetics andminimal architectural approach. The main idea of the composition was the creation of fourproperty volumes in a staggered linear placement, aiming at thepermeability of the apartments, to create a dynamic sequence inthe facade. The aim was the simplicity of the form.
